Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 49/53 pence each from Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 14th February 2022 (the "Programme").
