The Board of Directors of Johnson Matthey Plc has approved the appointment of Simon Price as Company Secretary with effect from 7th June 2023, whereupon Nick Cooper will resign as Company Secretary. Simon will succeed Nick as General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from that date.
