The Board of Directors of Johnson Matthey Plc has approved the appointment of Nick Cooper as Company Secretary with effect from 22nd June 2020, whereupon Linda Bruce-Watt will resign as Interim Company Secretary.  Nick joins the Company as General Counsel and Company Secretary.
