On October 9, 2015, Stephen J. Cosgrove, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Registrant retired, and upon Mr. Cosgrove’s retirement, Ronald A. Kapusta became Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Registrant, as planned and previously reported by the Registrant on May 21, 2015.
