On September 12, 2008, the Company announced that Christine A. Poon, 56, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group, has announced plans to retire on March 1, 2009 from the Company and the Board. Ms. Poon began her career with the Company in 2000 and was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors and named a Vice Chairman of the Board in 2005. The related press release dated September 12, 2008 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
