Notification of reduction share of capital in JM AB (publ)

JM has received permission by the Swedish Companies Registration Office to effect the reduction of share capital with SEK 2,044,847 regarding 2,044,847 shares as per 25 August, 2017 decided at the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2017. In accordance with Chapter 4, section 9 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act information about the total number of shares is to be announced on the final trading day of the month. After the reduction, the share capital amounts to SEK 71,059,683 and the total number of issued shares in JM AB is 71,059,683.

Following the transaction JM holds 686,150 own shares, corresponding to 0.97 percent of the total amount of shares and votes in the company.
