JM Construction wins tender in new Danderyd Centrum, Stockholm

Skandia Fastigheter has selected JM Construction to be responsible for, as part of a turnkey contract, the construction of the Hus 4 office building at the emerging Danderyd Centrum.

The contract includes the construction of 5,200 sq m divided across nine floors on the southern part of existing Mörby Centrum. The project is the first step in an extensive renovation of Mörby Centrum, which will be transformed into Danderyd Centrum.

"We are pleased that we have been selected to work with Skandia Fastigheter, a professional property owner with an excellent reputation and considerable experience in running projects," says Peter Neuberg, President of JM Construction.

The office project will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level and completed during the fall of 2017. The total contract amounts to more than SEK 135m, evenly distributed across the term of the contract.
