JM Construction selling property in Sollentuna, Stockholm
JM Construction has signed an agreement to sell the Eldhavet 1 property. The deal is worth SEK 24m.
The property is located in the Norrsätra area in Sollentuna Municipality, about 20 km north of central Stockholm. The buyer will take occupancy in Q4 2019, which is also when payment will be made. The sale's positive outcome of SEK 7m will be reported as gains on the sale of property in Q4 2019 under the |M Construction business segment.
The sale is one part of the ongoing property development in Norrsätra taking place together with Sollentuna Municipality.
"The property is our final holding in the area and will be now transferred to new owners who we have been in communication with for a period of time and who recognize a great deal of potential for the area," says Sören Bergström, president of JM Construction.
