Mikael Åslund new Business Unit Manager for JM Property Development

Mikael Åslund will take over the position and at the same time become part of JM's Executive Management on May 1, 2020.

IM's Property Development business unit develops rental units, residential care units, commercial premises and JM@home. He will also be responsible for Stockholm acquisitions. Mikael has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry and has worked at JM for 20 years. For the past eleven years, he has successfully led JM's business in the region Stockholm City as the regional manager.

Pär Vennerström, who has until now been responsible for both the JM Residential Stockholm business unit and the JM Property Development business unit, will remain the head of JM Residential Stockholm and continue to be part of IM's Executive Management.
