In accordance with Regulation 31A (8) of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that we are in receipt of a letter dated 28" January, 2021, whereby Mrs. Kavita Y Singhania has requested that she be re-classified from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category of shareholders of the Company, under the provisions of the Listing Regulations ("Request"),
