Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Company has participated in the e-auction conducted by the Government Madhya Pradesh wherein the Company has been declared as the ‘Preferred Bidder’ for the Mining lease of Itauri-Jharkua Limestone Block (spreads over an area of 350 hectares), situated in Panna, Madhya Pradesh.

The said information was received by the Company on March 18, 2026 at around 1.30 PM (IST).

The aforesaid information is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.jkcement.com.
