Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the said Regulations'), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14th August,202l interalia interalia to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter Ended on 30th Jvne,202l Necessary newspaper insertion has been/is being published in leading Newspapers. Copies of the newspaper insertion are being sent separately.
As already informed on 30.6.2021, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 ('the said Regulations') and clarifications of NSE vide No. NSE/CML l2olg/11 and BSE vide No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April, 2019 the'Trading Window' for dealing in securities stands closed for designated employees / Directors / Promoters of the Company and other Connected Persons til 16th August, 202I i.e. the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended on June 30,2021.
