Re: Winston Resources Inc. (the “Company”) - Change of Name and consolidation of Shares

Pursuant to Policy 9 – Name Change, Stock Splits & Share Consolidations of the Canadian Securities Exchange, please be advised that on July 17, 2020, Winston Resources Inc will change its name to Vegaste Technologies Corp. and consolidated all of the issued and outstanding common shares without par value in the capital of the Company (the “ Shares ”) on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation Shares for one (1) post-consolidation Share.

Enclosed please find a copy of the news release dated July 17, 2020 announcing the change of name and consolidation of Shares. A copy of the Certificate of Change of Name evidencing the change of name will be filed on SEDAR on or after July 17, 2020.
