COMPLETION OF THE H SHARE FULL CIRCULATION

Reference is made to the announcements (the “ Announcements ”) of Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) dated 17 August 2021 and 1 September 2021 in relation to the Conversion and Listing. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

COMPLETION OF THE H SHARE FULL CIRCULATION

The Board is pleased to announce that the Conversion and Listing was completed on 9 September 2021.

On 31 August 2021, the Company obtained the approval for the listing of and for permission to deal in 500,000,000 Converted H Shares. Share certificates for the Converted H Shares were despatched to the relevant shareholders of the Company on 9 September 2021 and the listing of the Converted H Shares on the Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. on 10 September 2021.

The Domestic Participating Shareholders can only conduct share trading subject to the completion of the onshore procedures as stated in the announcement of the Company dated 1 September 2021.
