Request for Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Jindalee Lithium Limited (ASX: JLL) ( Jindalee , the Company ) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities.

The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• (a) The reason for the voluntary suspension is pending an announcement with regard to a capital raising as noted in its ASX release on 1 July 2024;

• (b) The Company requests that its securities remain in voluntary suspension until an announcement is made relating to the capital raising, which is expected no later than before the commencement of trading on Thursday, 4 July 2024;

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

• (d) the Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
