REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION JINDALEE RESOURCES LIMITED

Jindalee Resources Limited (ASX: JRL) requests a voluntary suspension of the securities of the Company effective immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that:

1. The voluntary suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising;

2. the Company requests that its securities remain in voluntary suspension until an announcement is released to the market regarding the capital raising, which is expected no later that Monday 15 March 2021; and

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
