JSPL Posts Highest Ever Domestic Quarterly Steel Production and Sales in Q4FY18-19

• Q4 Sales at 1.45 Million Tonnes

• 21% Q-O-Q growth in Quarterly Sales

• Q4 Production at 1.51 Million Tonnes

• 23% Q-O-Q growth in Quarterly Production

New Delhi, April 16[th] 2019: Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) reports its highest ever domestic quarterly steel production and sales in Q4 FY 2018-19. The company registered a record crude steel production of 1.51 MT (Million Tonnes) and robust sales of 1.45 MT during the quarter January– March 2019. The quarterly steel production saw a 23% growth during Q4 FY 2019, while the quarterly steel sales record a rise of 21% on a quarter-on-quarter basis.

The quarterly production and sales in Q4 of previous fiscal stood at 1.26 MT and 1.18 MT respectively.
