Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that credit rating agency, CRISIL, has upgraded its Rating from “CRISIL BBB with Stable outlook” to “CRISIL A- with Stable outlook” on the Long Term Bank Facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures and from “‘CRISIL A3+” to “CRISIL A2+” for short term facilities of Jindal Steel and Power Limited.

The ratings are upgraded to CRISIL A- with Stable outlook for long term facilities and Non - Convertible Debentures and CRISIL A2+ for short term facilities.
