Brief profile

A. Shri Neeraj Kumar

Mr. Neeraj Kumar has successfully lead the Company towards a paradigm shift for last one decade. Being a Masters in Physics and a Post graduate in Finance & International Finance, he is equipped with strong analytical ability and conceptual clarity. His past associations in Senior Management team in core infrastructure, commodity, service and the financial sectors with large Indian business houses, top multinationals and financial institutions. He brings a well-rounded and holistic perspective. Being at the critical positions during his career, Mr. Kumar has been featured a number of times in Print Media and Electronic Media.

B. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, LLP, Internal Auditors

Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Mumbai has been converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), with the name Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP ("“DHS LLP”" or "“Firm"”), w.e.f. November 20, 2013. DHS LLP is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Registration No. 117366W/W-100018). The Firm has around 2,500 professionals and staff. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in reputed business groups such as Dalmia Bharat Ltd., Siyaram Poddar Group, K.K. Birla Group, and Toyo Group. During his 10-year tenure as CFO at Jindal SAW Ltd., Mr. Mantri demonstrated outstanding leadership and financial acumen, playing a pivotal role in establishing a strong and sustainable organizational foundation.
