Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you as follows:

A. Designation of Ms. Shradha Jatia (DIN: 00016940) as Joint Managing Director in the category of Whole Time Director:

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 17[th] May, 2023 appointed Ms Shradha Jatia as Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years effective from 18[th] May, 2023. Her appointment was subsequently approved by the shareholders at 38[th] Annual General Meeting held on 20[th] June, 2023.

The Board of Directors today i.e. 29[th] August, 2023 on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee designated Ms. Shradha Jatia as Joint Managing Director in the category of Whole Time Director with immediate effect. All the other terms and conditions of her appointment shall remain unaltered.

B. Designation of Ms Tripti Arya (DIN: 00371397) as Joint Managing Director in the category of Whole Time Director:

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 17[th] May, 2023 appointed Ms Tripti Arya as Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years effective from 18[th] May, 2023. Her appointment was subsequently approved by the shareholders at 38[th] Annual General Meeting held on 20[th] June, 2023.
