The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule Ill of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as 'Annexure A'.

Sine incorporation no business has been done in this company.
		Yes, JISEL was subsidiary of Soyuz Trading Company Limited which is a promoter of Jindal Poly Films Ltd. (JPFL). JPFL has purchased all shares of JISEL and consequent thereof JIESL have become subsidiary of JPFL. Transaction is done at "arms-length".
