Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations [ & 2018 amendments ] , this is to inform you that the “Trading Window” of the Company remains close from Wednesday,16[th] September , 2020 to Tuesday 22[nd] September , 2020 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of above stated matter.
