The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on Tuesday, 26[th] April, 2022 have transacted and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter & Year ended on 31[st] March, 2022 of the Financial Year 2021-22.

Chartered Accountants, Vadodara, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a Second Consecutive terms of 5 (five) years from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held in FY 2022-23 till the conclusion of AGM to be held in FY 202627.
