Resignation of Mr. Suresh Bharwani & Mr. Nandu Bharwani from the position of Managing Director and Joint Managing Director & CFO respectively with effect from June 11, 2021, we would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 8, 2021 have noted the receipt of resignation letters from Mr. Suresh Bharwani & Mr. Nandu Bharwani by the Company.

After detailed discussion, it has been concluded that, both the directors will be relieved from their respective duties from the conclusion of next ensuing board meeting of the Company.
