Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”), we wish to inform you that, Mr. Yogesh Patole, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company has submitted his resignation and the Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities with effect from close of the working hours of 31[st] July, 2021.

We thank him for the valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure as the Company Secretary and wish him all the success in his future endeavors.

The details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/ CMD/ 4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 are annexed to this letter.
