Admission of Ordinary Shares

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that the Company has today applied for admission to trading on AIM of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each ("Ordinary Shares"), under a block admission, detailed in the announcement dated 31 March 2014, but in respect of which an application for admission to trading on AIM was inadvertently not made at that time. It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 February 2021.

There is no change to the total voting rights of the Company as set out in the announcement dated 12 February 2021, being 214,561,294 Ordinary Shares, with no Ordinary Shares being held in treasury.
