Change of Name and Website Address to Jet2 plc

Further to the announcement on 3 September 2020, Dart Group plc, the Leisure Travel group, today announces that its name has been changed to Jet2 plc. The change of name has been registered at Companies House and is effective from today. 

It is expected that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will commence under the new name Jet2 plc and the new ticker "JET2" with effect from tomorrow, 17 September 2020. The Company's ISIN remains unchanged.  No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid. 

The Company's website will be available at www.jet2plc.com with effect from later today.
