PDMR change of shareholder registration details

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that it has been notified by Mr Philip Meeson, Executive Chairman, that he has dematerialised his certificated shareholding in the Company.  This has involved the transfer of his entire holding of 47,300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company into CREST, registered in the name of CGWL  Nominees Limited.  Following the transaction, Mr Meeson's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.

The Company has also been informed that The Philip Meeson 2019 Settlement, a person closely associated with Mr Meeson, has dematerialised its certificated shareholding of Ordinary Shares in the Company into CREST, registered in the name of CGWL Nominees Limited.  Again, there has been no change to the beneficial interest in the Company.
