Dart Group PLC, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics group, announces the following historic purchases of ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under a dividend repurchase investment programme ("DRIP") by Stephen Heapy, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, which had inadvertently not been separately disclosed.

On 16 February 2012, Stephen Heapy established a DRIP via his SIPP in relation to the Company's Ordinary Shares and through the DRIP purchased, in aggregate, 423 Ordinary Shares at prices of between £2.23 and £19.04 per Ordinary Share between 11 November 2013 and 12 February 2020.

As detailed in the announcement dated 19 March 2020, Stephen Heapy has an interest in a total of 231,462 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital which includes the historic purchases detailed above.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
