Director's Dealing

The Company announces that Stephen Heapy, a director of the Company, today exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 46.75p per share.  Following this transaction Mr Heapy will transfer 25,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife for no consideration.  Following these transactions Mr Heapy will be interested in 120,136 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and have remaining options over 55,000 Ordinary Shares.
