Director's Dealing

The Company announces that Stephen Heapy, a director of the Company, today exercised options over 30,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 85p per share.  Following this transaction Mr Heapy holds 95,136 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and has remaining options over 80,000 Ordinary Shares.
