Director's Dealing

The Company announces that Andrew Merrick, Group Finance Director, today exercised options over 14,742 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 101.75p per share and subsequently sold these shares.  Following this transaction Mr Merrick still holds 183,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company and has remaining options over 287,308 Ordinary Shares (following the lapse of options over 90,476 Ordinary Shares).
