Directorate Change - Retirement and Appointment of Non-Executive Director

In line with its succession process, the Board of Jersey Electricity Plc announces the following changes:

Alan Bryce will resign from the Board after nine years on 31 December 2024.

On 1 January 2025, Alan will be replaced by Tony Taylor as Senior Independent Director, and by Phil Austin as Chair of the Nominations Committee. Roger Blundell and Iman Hill will join both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations Committee on the same date.
