In line with its succession process, the Board of Jersey Electricity Plc announces the following changes:

Wendy Dorman will resign from the Board after nine years on 30 June 2025. Wendy will be replaced as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee as of 01 July 2025 by Roger Blundell.
