In accordance with LR 6.4.9R(2), the Company wishes to announce that Roger Blundell a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Jersey Electricity plc has been appointed to the Board of Supermarket Income Reit plc, a FTSE250 company, with effect from 16 January 2025, as a Non-Executive Director. Roger will also serve as a member of their Company's Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Management Engagement Committee.
