JENSEN-GROUP reports today the purchase of 1,501 shares on the Euronext Brussels stock exchange during the period October 20 and October 24, 2025:

After aforementioned transactions, the total number of own shares on October 24, 2025 amounts to 361,842 shares or 3.76% of the total outstanding shares.

Within this program (668,027), 306,185 shares remain to be bought back.

The re-start of the share buy-back program was announced on August 10, 2023 and is in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 16, 2023.

This information is in accordance with article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code of Companies and Associations.
