Notification pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007

In accordance with Article 29 of the law of 2 May 2007 relating to the publication of major shareholdings in listed companies, JENSEN-GROUP received following notification:

A notification by Petercam SA informing that it holds 395,859 of the shares of JENSEN-GROUP N.V. compared to 693,344 shares disclosed in the previous notification of September 27, 2008. As a result, the threshold of 5% is crossed downwards to 4.9%.
