Leucadia National Corporation has been advised by Ian M. Cumming, Chairman, that he does not plan on requesting a renewal of his employment contract, which ends in June 2015. Mr. Cumming is standing for re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2012 annual meeting of shareholders to be held in May 2012.
