- a. Appointment of Mr. Rajkaran J. Chawla (DIN: 02313404) as an Additional Director (Executive) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 22, 2024. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.35 p.m.
In compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/201819 dated June 20, 2018, we hereby affirm that Mr. Rajkaran J. Chawla (DIN: 02313404) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.
The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09/09/2015 are given in Annexure A.
