Resignation of Chief Compliance Officer
On December 21, 2020, Ms. Yayun Li resigned from her position as chief compliance officer of JD.com, Inc. (the “ Company ”). She is expected to join Jingdong Digits Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (“ JD Digits ”), an equity investee of the Company, as chief executive officer of JD Digits, subject to the completion of the internal approval process at JD Digits.
An internal process has been initiated to transition the role and function of the chief compliance officer of the Company, and a vice president who previously reported to the chief compliance officer will be taking charge of the responsibilities in the interim pending completion of the internal process.
