Executive Director Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Grant Notification
The Company announces that on 20 October 2021, the Executive Directors noted below were granted awards under the JD Sports Fashion plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 in the form of performance-based nil cost options over ordinary shares.
These options will ordinarily vest on the fifth anniversary of the grant date, subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
