At the Annual General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held on 1 July 2021 the following resolutions were passed by the members of the Company.

• 1. To authorise the directors to allot shares with an aggregate nominal value of £44,845;
• 1. To dis-apply statutory pre-emption rights in respect of shares with an aggregate nominal value of £44,845; (Special)
• 1. That any general meeting of the Company other than an annual general meeting may be called on not less than 14 clear days' notice. (Special)
