CHANGES OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Midas Printing Group Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the followings:--

1. Mr. Kwok Chi Fai and Mr. Tang Chow Ming, Paul have been appointed directors of the Company.

2. Ms. Kan Yin Ping, Gloria resigned as director of the Company.

The above changes took effect from 4th January, 2001.
