JCurve Solutions Continuous Disclosure Policy

JCurve Solutions (“JCS”) reaffirms its Continuous Disclosure Policy under its Corporate Governance Framework. A copy of the policy is available on the company’s website.

JCS will only make comment and announcements about JCS on the ASX Announcements Platform in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.

The Company has become aware of a recent post on the Hot Copper website implying a discussion with a director of the Company last Friday 23 September 2016. The Company notes that no such discussion occurred.

JCS wishes to make users of such stock forums fully aware that the Company will not make any commentary on such forums or to users of such forums without the information being publically released to the ASX first and therefore users should be aware of this in reading any such disclosure on these forums.
