Request for Trading Halt

Stratatel Limited (ASX: STE) hereby requests a trading halt to be applied to all quoted securities of the Company to apply from commencement of trading on Monday, 5 September 2011.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we provide the following information in relation to this request:

• (a) the Company is seeking a trading halt pending the release of details of a material contract entered into in respect of its FleetManager® product;

• (b) we request the trading halt be put in place until the Company is in a position to make an announcement;

• (c) we are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
