TRADING HALT

The securities of Stratatel Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 16 November 2011 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Stratatel Limited (ASX: STE) hereby requests a trading halt to be applied to all quoted securities of the Company to apply from commencement of trading on Monday, 14 November 2011.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we provide the following information in relation to this request:

• (a) the Company is seeking a trading halt pending the release of details of an Entitlement Issue;

• (b) we request the trading halt be put in place until the Company is in a position to make an announcement;

• (c) we are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
