ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Independent Telecommunications Manager Stratatel Ltd announced today that the company and its major sales agent are in advanced negotiations with an Australian telecommunications carrier which if concluded will provide it with Stratatel's MobileFleet management system.

Mr Fairclough went on to say that if this transaction is successfully concluded it would result in a significant and material increase in the number of mobiles under management.
