JCurve Solutions completes the Acquisition of the Rapid E-Suite Thailand Operations

JCurve Solutions Limited (ASX: JCS), the cloud solutions technology company, today announced that it had completed the acquisition of the business assets of Rapid E-Suite Pte Ltd’s Thailand operations.

The key terms of the acquisition are in accordance with the summary as outlined in the ASX Announcement dated 2 July 2021 with the exception that the Purchase Price will be paid as follows:

• S$250,000 was paid on completion out of existing JCS cash reserves.

• S$50,000 will be paid out of existing JCS cash reserves on reaching a non sales milestone agreed between the parties. This milestone must be met by 9 October 2021 otherwise the obligation for this component of the Purchase Price is waived by the vendor.
