Appendix 3Y – Change of Directors Interest Notice

JCURVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (ASX: JCS) (Jcurve), the company that develops partnerships to help businesses grow, attaches an Appendix 3Y ‘Change of Director Interest Notice for Mr Graham Baillie ( Appendix 3Y ).

In preparing the current “Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holders” form for Mr Graham Baillie ( Form 604 ), it has come to the attention of Mr Baillie and the Company that an internal share transfer within Mr Baillie’s superannuation funds, including a change in trustees, had not been notified through a prior Appendix 3Y “Change of Director’s Interest Notice”. There has been no change in Mr Baillie’s aggregate holding in JCS at the time of the original transfer, as a result of lodgement of this announcement today, nor as a result of the current Form 604 released concurrently.

Upon discovery of this accidental omission, Mr Baillie and the Company have immediately rectified this situation through lodgement of this announcement. The Company reiterates that the transaction was an internal transfer only between Mr Baillie’s superannuation accounts and did not involve any unrelated party and the Company has reviewed the omission, determined it was accidental.

The Company is aware of its Listing Rules obligations in relation to these disclosures and specifically Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B, and considers its procedures are adequate to ensure timely notification in accordance with its disclosure obligations under Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.
