Appointment of Auditor
JCURVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (ASX: JCS), the business transformation technology company, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, announces that Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd has been appointed as auditor of the Company.
The appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd, and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”).
In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution was approved by shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company’s auditor.
